Cancellation Policy

Pressure Washing Service Policy 1. Pricing & Quotations • The Driveway and Patio quotations are based on surface/areas less than 35m² • The condition, and surface types may require further requirements. • Heavily soiled areas, oil stains, or moss build-up may incur additional charges. ________________________________________ 2. Booking & Deposits • No deposit is required for small jobs (under £300). • For larger jobs, we may request a 20–30% deposit to secure your booking. • Bookings are confirmed only once agreed in writing (email/text). ________________________________________ 3. Payment Terms • Payment is due upon completion of the work. • Accepted payment methods: o Card transaction o Bank transfer o Cash • Late payments may incur administration fees. ________________________________________ 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Late cancellations may be subject to a £50 cancellation fee. • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions (e.g. heavy rain, freezing temperatures). ________________________________________ 5. Surface Conditions & Liability • We take all reasonable care, but: o We are not liable for pre-existing damage (loose paving, cracks, weak joints, etc.). o High-pressure cleaning may reveal or worsen existing defects. • Block paving: o Sanding is recommended after cleaning ________________________________________ 6. Stain Removal Disclaimer • While we aim for the best results possible, full stain removal cannot be guaranteed, especially for: o Oil o Rust o Paint o Deep-set biological growth ________________________________________ 7. Access & Utilities • Customers must provide: o Access to a water supply o Clear access to the cleaning area • We are not responsible for delays due to restricted access. ________________________________________ 8. Sealing Services (If Offered) • Sealing is optional and quoted separately. • Surfaces must be fully dry before sealing, which may delay application. • Weather conditions affect curing time. ________________________________________ 9. Health & Safety • Please keep children and pets away from the work area during service. • Surfaces may remain slippery immediately after cleaning. ________________________________________ 10. Satisfaction Guarantee • If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will aim to resolve any issues where reasonably possible. _____________________________________
